This article is explaining that they want better sports performances in the country of Georgia. To give a small country more recognition and bring in more revenue. It offers to bring in coaches from around the world to help coach players. Also to hold more tournaments to raise its value.
I can tell that the are trying to make sports a bigger deal in this country. And for good reason. Sports have been apart of a culture since time has begun. Back in the day not nearly as big and popular, it was still there in some sort. Bringing in more sport options can increases the cultures popularity.
This article relates to culture because like i said before, sports are one of the few things that haven't changed a culture since it all started. Having sports makes a culture seem more connected and makes that culture become more popular.
